UghelliRides ("we", "us", "our") is a service of Azpeters Consults. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Booking information — pickup location, destination, time, and service preferences.
Usage data — via cookies/analytics (only with your consent): pages visited, approximate location, and device type.

To process bookings and registrations.
To verify driver and vehicle credentials.
To contact you about your request.
To improve our website and services (aggregate, non-identifying analytics).

3. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Tracking only activates after you accept the cookie banner. You may decline — the site works fully either way. IP addresses are anonymised.

4. Legal basis (NDPR / GDPR)

Contract / pre-contract — to fulfil your booking or registration request.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: our analytics provider (Google, anonymised), and payment processors when you transact. No other third parties.

Analytics — up to 14 months (Google's default), then auto-deleted.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability of your data. Contact us and we respond within 30 days.
